Women’s Connection FAQs:

How do I register for WC classes and events?
- Choose your study or event and click on the appropriate sidebars or link to fill out the registration form.

- Stop by the Women’s Connection table in the church foyer and register.

What about my children?

Childcare options are listed with each on-campus group description.
Childcare is not provided for special events or off-campus groups.
Childcare is provided free of charge but moms are asked to volunteer occasionally to offset childcare expenses.

What is the format of the groups?
Our groups are designed to teach the bible in a relevant and useful way. Our curriculum is interactive and utilizes small group discussions, workbooks and videos by the best bible teachers available.

Who can participate?
Whether you are brand new to First Baptist Church or a long time member, these studies are available to you. All you need is a desire to study what the Bible says about life.

What is the time commitment involved?
Women’s Connection groups are of various lengths and time commitments. Most groups meet on a weekly basis and offer various homework requirements though some meet only monthly and require no homework. Each group description will give you the details of what is required of your time.

What do I need to bring?
If you have a Bible, bring it with you. If not, just show up and we will help you figure out what type of Bible is best for you. Workbooks are available at each group meeting. Most groups have a workbook cost that is listed in the group description.

Do I have to know a lot about the Bible to attend?
No. These groups and studies are geared to help you grow in your knowledge of the Bible, no matter where you are, so you can learn how to apply it to your life.

How do I know which group to attend?
Start by selecting the categories that apply to you. After you find a class that is of interest to you, consider the time, dates, location and childcare options to determine if it is a good fit for you.
